Marketing Specialist

This position is focused on coordination, accounting, planning and administration functions. The successful candidate will provide business management support in areas of budgeting, financial analysis and planning and control of funding and allocation of funding. The Program Analyst will provide business process analysis to describe and create defined business and operations controls and processes.

Essential Functions
• Provide strategic communication, technical writing, brand formulation and marketing
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of technical and non-technical documents to edit materials in a manner that improves their quality and ensures that they are editorially correct
• Assist with the coordination and execution of Stakeholder targeted outreach events and conferences
• Translate technical information into program-level briefings
• Provide technical writing, executive communication, and stakeholder outreach consultation, advice, and assistance to program staff
• Help design, develop, and maintain graphics related to the program and its initiatives
• Work closely with PM and customer lead on day-to-day action and activity prioritization

Must Have Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics
• 15 years’ relevant experience

Desired Qualifications:
• Familiarity with ANG standards, guidelines, and SOPs
• Familiarity with FAA standards, guidelines, and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
• Familiarity with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) and guidelines
• Familiarity with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) records policies

• Position is open to U.S. citizens and U.S. Nationals
• Must successfully complete a Public Trust background investigation
