Its part of Johanna Gullichsens Normandie collection, which she conceives of as a modern interpretation of old Finnish weaving traditions. The patterns in the collection are all inspired by the era of luxury ocean liners and a slow, elegant way of traveling. This pattern is named after the Greek sea nymph Dorissubtly mimicking the undulation of the sea.
