Epimedium Picture Frame Verbena where it thrives(aka: Epimedium PDN08 04) Epimedium 'Picture Frame' is a 2014 Plant Delights introduction that forms an 18" tall x 30" wide clump in the woodland garden. The new foliage emerges in mid April (NC) lightly speckled with purple flecks followed by sprays of large, dangling white flowers that just exceed the foliage. Just as the flowers emerge, a second flush of foliage also emerges with each leaf sporting a burgundy border that has more prominent leaf
