Tape has been removed from the back of all corners taking the top layer of paper with it causing a little paper thinning in these areas
1 cm pinhole tear through the top edge (near right corner)
3 pinholes near the top of both the left and right vertical fold line
two extremely tiny tears and moderate creasing along the top
