Azienda Agricola Cos Frappato Metodo Classico Extra Brut Terre Siciliane IGT, Sicily, Italy 2019 Chateau La Dominique yet refined and polishedFairly fresh pink color and showing hints of strawberries and raspberries in the nose. Floral, rhubarb and cherry notes lead into a wine with bright freshness and mineral backbone. Tense with a persistent finish, this wine is hopping with plenty of life ahead. Very complex, high toned with delicious red fruit.
