2022 Uivo Moscatel Galego, Douro, Portugal De Sterlich The vines average 30 yearsHarvested from 40ish year old vineyards on a combination of granite and schist soils at around 600 meters of elevation. The fruit is pressed directly off the skins, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It then ages for 6 months on the fine lees in cement tank.
