Udor recommends replacing the diaphragms after 500 hours of use. When diaphragms rupture the pump oil turns a milky color from spraying solution and oil mixing. The kit includes four replacement Desmopan diaphragms (0903. 38), one accumulator diaphragm (0903. 16) and eight replacement valve o rings. When replacing diaphragms adhere to all factory torque
