BK Wines Adelaide Hills Chardonnay Gin Gin 2020 ABC321 Purity’s new non-vintage Amaro is100% Chardonnay Gin Gin clone, the oldest in Australia, planted on sandstone soils with lots of quartz at 500 meters. Hand harvested and direct pressed to French oak barrique, 20% of which are new. The wine underwent full malolactic, with fortnightly (thats every two weeks) battonage for 8 months after which is was racked and bottled.
