Lady of the Sunshine Red, California, USA 2023 Chateau Cheval succulent acids and fine-grained tanninsThe wine fermented in standing 228L barriques with 50% whole cluster and native yeast. The wine was pressed at dryness in our wooden basket press and then aged in old french oak barrels. This wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfur. Think salted black cherries, crushed graphite, & blood oranges.
