2023 Manfredi Franco Terre Sicilane Grecanico Dorato Bink Wines at around 200mFrom the seldom seen Grecanico Dorato. Unlike the other two wines, this wine sees multiple passes in the cellar: half are directly pressed into tank, and the other half macerated for two days. Deeply golden, nutty, salty, beautiful wine.
