It was a smaller fossil deposit that came to the surface

and this batch has been graded for a mix of well defined flowers and potential of color

While I do not use filters or enhancements

They probably swam by moving their long body in a snake-like way

We've had a very high rate of gorgeous calcite and pattern within these, and a few from this mine that we've cut have even had ammonite fossils within. Septarian Nodules are round stones that were organic fossils that were devoured by bacteria and replaced with calcite! They can be geodes (hollow with calcite crystals), or solid with unique and interesting patterns! Most Septarian Nodules take an excellent polish
