Books shaped flasks like this were quite a thing during prohibition (I'm including a photo of a woman with one in hand) and this is a very fine example in wonderful condition

and you can really tower these stably many layers high

making her feel quite ghostly

Ever True, Ever the Same, 19th C Punch Paper Embroidery Hand clay ocarina It is an old oneDefinitely among my very favorite punch paper embroideries I've had this little hand has likely endured 150 years or so, remaining ever true indeed, not a stitch lost from that heart, though perhaps not exactly the same, having, I presume, lost the tips of a few fingers along the way. All the better to speak of lasting love I'd say and perhaps to subtly give a middle finger to anyone untrue! 3 1 8" t not including ribbon; 1 13 16" wide. Good
