Brass Victorian Style United Shoe Manufacturing Co. Boot Paperweight carved wooden bull nothing fancy about this oneI purchased this old brass boot at an estate sale at the family home of the former Plant Engineer at The United Shoe Machinery Company in Beverly, MA, established in 1899 and one of the nation's most important producers of industrial machinery, especially for the shoe industry. Marked USM on the side, I assume it was a company giveaway at some point a great little object, and a nice piece of history! This little boot definitely has many years on it
