Description
particularly for being wrapped in this glorious homespun woolen plaid
but I am now thinking it must be a dove
and these two are definitely of the latter variety
Very rare for me to come across a piece by Mary and Edwin Scheier that is within my reach
making a wide range of dresses and skirts and cloaks and more--with a "for sale" sign in the mix that makes me think perhaps imagining a bunny dress shop where they would all be on display
Balancing (with Wounded Cheek), Old Snapshot Photo black and white arrow particularly for being wrapped inI love the moment captured here, I presume capturing a son balancing for a fleeting moment on the feet of his father, but what really makes it for me is the big bandage taped to the cheek of the father, as if this balancing act were only the latest in a series of attempted backyard feats! Perfect. 5 1 4" x 3 1 2". Glossy print with black perimeter frame part of photo. Good condition, with the upper half of the image fainter than the lower, as evident.
