Palate is fresh and light with tangy apricot on a sturdy, round citrus fruit driven palate. 100% Viognier, fermented in Stainless Steel, aged on less 6 9 months. Founders Catherine and Laurent met as oenology students in 1986, coming from Beaujolais and Burgundian wine families. After travelling, they discovered their passion to create varietal specific wine, focusing on the Languedoc region due to the diversity of
