Grantham School, Lincolnshire St Mary's Chapel 7th September 1974View of the school house in which Sir Isaac Newton was educated. The buiding has six windows along its length with an entrance gate within a perimeter wall. A weathercock is visible upper left. Three figures are visible outside the school. Inscribed 'GRAMMAR SCHOOL AT GRANTHAM LINCOLNSHIRE'. Inscription verso, in pencil, reads: 'Sir I. N. was educated at Grantham School founded by Bp. Fox'. Original: engraving. 19th century
