Château Pégau 'Cuvée Maclura' Côtes du Rhône 2023 Size:Regular and of growth60% Grenache., 25% Syrah, 10% Mourvdre, 5% Cinsault averaging 35 to 60 years. A Maclura is a type of Osage Orange tree from Oklahoma that inexplicably found its way to the edges of this single vineyard in Sorgues sur Rhne. In 2012, Chteauneuf du Pape icons Paul and Laurence Fraud purchased this 100+ acre estate and renamed it Chteau Pgau. It is an exceptional terroir situated less than 4 miles southeast of CDP.
