the leader's extended arm ushering the way--and her flowery hat making one think it must be somewhere festive

and I find it a complete charmer of a thing--with "Selection" arching across the top

I found it at an antique shop in Upstate NY, heading up toward Lake George and a few feet away a miniature pack basket, also listed today, which felt quite sympatico with it. Looks scratch made to me, with plenty of imperfection to the cutting of the thwarts, which overlay that beautifully slatted floor of the boat.
