Black and White Cut Paper Silhouettes of Young Woman in Antique Pocket Frame porcelain teapot I find one thing inI don't know a lot about cut paper silhouettes, but I do believe these are likely not too much older than the pocket frame, which based on some research I believe dates to the 1860s or so. The relative simplicity of the silhouettes makes me think that it might have been done by a schoolgirl or the young woman herself rather than a silhouette artist, who might have included greater detail.
