We count 2 scratches on the blank, each one is 1" or less. Other than that the blank is in excellent condition. Ferrule junctions show light wear. There are a few scratches on rod butt and cork shows light wear. Rod says "Winston" but there is no model stated. On rod tube, it says "LT XDLT Series"
