DevSecOps Manager

TechTrend, Inc., is currently seeking a talented Senior Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) Manager for a technical Navy government contract. Selected candidate must have an active Top Secret Security Clearance, with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI. The selected candidate will plan, direct, or coordinate the operations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. Serve as the overall lead or director on contract and associated projects and as the principal liaison between the Contractor and the Government. Responsible for ensuring that all tasking associated with a government-funded program or project is completed effectively and efficiently, on time and within budget. Responsible for providing updated technical, managerial, and contractual inputs to the Government.
Contract is for a 5-year period with extensions expected. Leaders in DevSecOps and Navy Modernization are who we are looking for – with a chance to make a real difference in the Navy of the future.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering in addition to having experience supporting a Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) client environment.
  • Must have an Active Top Secret Security Clearance
  • 5 years of experience integrating complex software projects into an enterprise solution
  • 5 years of experience leading advanced technical teams
  • Broad knowledge of current software development trends in Agile Software Development and applications to DEVSECOPS within the DOD.
  • Familiarity with Site reliability, cloud-based development management of distributed teams
