Junior Full Stack Software Engineer
TechTrend, Inc., is currently seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer for a technical Navy government contract. Selected candidate must have an active Top Secret Security Clearance, with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI. The selected candidate will design and develop applications software and systems and will collaborate with hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of data processing systems for product and commercial software. Selected candidate will determine computer user needs, analyze system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls, design and develop compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.
Contract is for a 5‐year period with extensions expected. Leaders in Software Engineering and Navy Modernization are who we are looking for – with a chance to make a real difference in the Navy of the future.
Essential Functions:
- Must have an Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- A bachelor’s degree in technical field (this could include, but is not limited to: computer science, computer engineering, engineering, engineering management, information science, information systems management, information technology, mathematics, operations research, statistics, technology management and system engineering), and five (5) years of requirements analysis; software design, development; integration, and testing; operations and maintenance; bug fixing and configuration management experience.
- AS + 8 years’ experience
- BS + 6 years’ experience
- MS + 4 years’ experience
